Atelier Fauves uses grained full-grain French bull calf leather to make its pieces. The fineness of its grain and the depth of its colours make this an exclusive leather usually used in top-of-the-range leather goods.

Located in Espelette in the heart of the Basque Country, Remy Carriat embodies a unique expertise that will soon be a century old. Specialising in buffalo and bull calf leather, the tannery, which recently received the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (Living Heritage Company) label, is a key supplier to France's leading luxury brands.

Usually used in luxury leather goods for its exclusivity, we chose to use full-grain French bull leather for its unique feel and durability for everyday use.

One of the criteria for selecting our leather was its eco-responsibility. All the hides come from Switzerland or Catalonia and are tanned in Espelette in the Basque Country.
