At Atelier Fauves, we are proud to provide quality leather goods accessories that have been designed in a responsible and sustainable way.
We use local raw materials, recognised for their quality and durability, to minimise our environmental footprint. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure ethical and respectful working conditions.
As a responsible brand, we also support environmental projects through the 1% for the Planet movement. In this way, we donate part of our sales to an association dedicated to protecting the wild cats.
We advocate values that protect the planet and bio-diversity, without compromising on product quality, by working with raw materials that are environmentally friendly, but just as exceptional. From the very outset, quality, durability and locality (Europe) have been key factors in the design of our products. Our products are currently all made in a French tannery.

1. THE MOST SUSTAINABLE LEATHER IN THE WORLD.
To further our mission, Atelier Fauves works to market responsible leather right from the design stage. We will only use bovine leather from a European tannery. The hides will come from the circular economy and will be traceable. The tannery uses 4.0 technologies, using water-based fixatives, i.e. no solvents, guaranteeing a significant reduction in air pollution and significant energy savings. The tanning process used is one of those that consumes the least amount of water, which is itself treated and reused. The tannery will also be using its photovoltaic panels to generate its own electricity from the sun. Other actions taken by the company include planting trees, transforming the materials used into fertiliser and much more, always in an ethical and responsible spirit.
